These two pairs of Silhouette glasses shown by the twins come from the same source and it's very likely that they were first bought by the same lady who was quite longsighted with a fair amount of astigmatism. My initial guess was that she bought two identical frames in different colors so that she could choose which pair blended better with her outfit of the day. However, after measuring the Rx of the lenses I concluded that she did not buy both pairs at the same time. The blue pair has a slightly stronger prescription and this may have been bought as replacement for the green pair. Another explanation - highly unlikely but not impossible - is that both pairs were simultaneously bought by identical twins. It's a pity that glasses are unable to speak and tell their life story but the guess work is amusing anyway.
