Another fine double portrait of the identical twins posing in Silhouette glasses from 1984, long before the models were born. In most cases my modus operandi was to have Nathalie posing in the glasses with positive (or less negative) lenses and Kimberley in glasses with a stronger minus prescription to compensate for the size of the eyes. The first owner of the glasses shown by Nathalie must have been a lady in her early forties who was wise enough to switch to varifocals at the first sign of presbyopia. No doubt, this helped her to get used to her varifocals quickly. The reading add is only 1.00. The glasses shown by Kimberley are one or two diopters above her prescription but she encountered no problem in bridging the gap.
