I came across these Hans Winkel glasses at a street fair
in the "Jordaan", Amsterdam, in the 1990's and bought
them for a couple of guilders. The first owner of these
glasses must have been a lady of wealth and taste. The
other pair that I bought from the same stall was an ochre
Christian Dior from the 1970's which was shown by model
Mirjam during the catwalk at the opening of my first exhibition.
