Marike 008

Until the arrival of anti-reflective coating on lenses during the 1970's, all pictures of people in glasses showed a lot of glare. It was generally accepted as being inevitable although some photographers managed to reduce the effect by choosing the best vantage points. The glare adds a lively aspect if it does not hide the model's eyes. I like the contrast between the model's dark hair, pale complexion, red lips and red jacket.
