This blog is dedicated to ladies in glasses. The vast majority of the portraits on this blog feature ladies wearing glasses near their own Rx. I felt that this would give a more natural flavour to the pictures and also a more natural setting for the photo shoots from which the pictures on this blog are selected. Nearly all the glasses featured in this blog are from my own collection.

Mother and daughter 146
Esther (left) and Miriam posing in two more glasses from the 1990's.
Esther's glasses have no name stamped on them. The lenses are +8.50 so all Esther saw through the glasses was a massive blur. In fact, the blur was worse than what she experienced when posing in glasses of minus nine. The glasses were not used in any previous photo shoot.
Miriam's glasses, made by Slor (whoever they were) gave her monovision. The left lens is only minus one but the right lens is minus five. It's similar to my prescription when I was young. For comparison, the Slor glasses can be seen in my 2010 photo shoots with Lettie (131) and Caroline (044) on the first weblog.
