Mother and daughter 063 - 067

When making the arrangements for this photo shoot, it was meant as a solo shoot of Miriam. However, when Miriam showed me her old glasses, she mentioned that one pair had been fitted with plano lenses upon her daughter's request: "Esther has perfect eyesight but she likes to wear glasses now and then, just to change her looks". Very soon afterwards, the daughter in question entered Miriam's ceramic art studio and I asked if the ladies would like to do a duo shoot. They did not hesitate a moment. Great!
Here are five solo portraits of Esther in Viennaline glasses made forty years ago. They were taken just after my partner Nel arrived at the location of the photo shoot. Miriam and Nel went into the ceramic art studio for a few minutes while Esther and I kept the photo shoot going. It yielded this series of fine solo portraits.
