The "Purple Lady" glasses were used in three earlier photo
shoots (with Clarine, Caroline and Farishta) but these were
indoor photo shoots. Lenses had no anti-reflective coating
in 1970 so I had to navigate Christien to obtain the portraits
I had in mind, using the reflection of the sunlight in the lenses
without obscuring the model's eyes. We succeeded, if only just!
