Léonne posing toungue in cheek which is quite justifiable
given the name of the playful glasses she wears here.
I came across "Venus" in my early days as a collector
of glasses on the Amsterdam flea market. Venus looked
as if she came straight from the optician's shop. Good for
me - but the lady that first bought Venus did no justice
to this gem. Or was it vice versa?
