Melissa 038

What sets these Bruliman glasses apart is the elaborate
design of the arms. Usually the eyes of a lady in glasses
can not be seen "en profil" because the arms are in the
way. During the 1980's, so called "drop temple" glasses
were fashionable (a pity they disappeared from the streets
in the 1990's) and during the 2000's glasses with split arms
were introduced. Both types of frame design allowed the
viewer to see the eyes of a lady "en profil". Here Melissa
shows that there is a third way. The white extension is not
connected to the front, only to the arms, and it sticks out
over one centimeter when the glasses are folded up. I have
never seen anything like this elsewhere. Nice!
