The great attraction of drop temple glasses was that the eyes of the wearer were not hidden by the arms when seen "en profil". The only down side of drop temple glasses is that they were not as stable as glasses with the arms in their "normal" position. These beautiful drop temple glasses were sent to me by Stephan from Bavaria, one of my favorite photographers.
