When I saw the pictures of Léonne in these Opti glasses,
a great song by the Dutch singer Boudewijn de Groot
ran through my head straightaway. The lyrics of the song
were written in 1967 by the late Lennaert Nijgh who was
a legend in his own right. Lennaert was also a producer for
the CBS record label and in 1980 he invited me to play on
two LP's. It was quite an experience to work with Lennaert.
He was one of the most inspiring people I ever worked with
during my music career.
