Excellent posing by Léonne in another fine pair of
vintage cat eye glasses. They were kindly given to me
by a lady with whom I just started a relation, some 15
years ago. When I made her a compliment about her
refined Stig glasses and mentioned that I had a huge
collection of glasses, she excused herself for a moment
and she came back with a wooden box. "I am not like
you, I hate my glasses! You can have all the glasses in
this box". This pair of early 1960's trifocals had belonged
to her late mother. A great gesture. Five years later we
split up and I offered to return the glasses, but she declined.
The glasses were not used in any of my previous photo
shoots. Perhaps they were waiting for Léonne?
