Wonderful posing by Marike, conjuring up the image of what was seen in the streets of Amsterdam in my schoolboy days. These Nylor glasses were kindly given me by Peter, a colleague at work. The glasses once belonged to his mother who died all too young. To me, the three glasses by Minerva, Viennaline and Nylor show the mainstream of eyewear fashion around 1960 to great effect.
