A lot of snow had already fallen on January 15th when Marieke suggested that this was an opportunity to do the photo shoot with her gala dress. The long gloves were bought for the same special occasion as the dress and they add greatly to the overall effect. The RX of the glasses is close to the model's own - unofficial - prescription. So far, Marieke never went to an optician to order a pair of glasses but we did a test with my trial frame and trial lens set, establishing that she has mild hyperopia, between +1.50 and +2.00. Marieke commented that she could see well through the glasses.
